The Foxton Canal Museum is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with our non-user survey. Your help will be invaluable in gathering feedback from those who haven't yet visited our museum, helping us understand how we can better serve and attract our community.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Approach and engage with visitors in a friendly and respectful manner.  

• Explain the purpose of the survey and its importance for improving Foxton Canal Museum.  

• Assist visitors in completing the survey, providing guidance and answering any questions they may have.  

• Ensure that all completed surveys are collected

• Foxton Locks 

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Reliable and punctual. 

• Passion for community engagement and the heritage of Foxton Locks.

Time Commitment: 

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a minimum of 2-4 hours for 2 days, a weekday and a weekend day during August. Shifts are flexible and can be arranged to suit your availability
